TERMS OF SERVICE

A reflective tool, not a verdict.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

MIRROR:RY (the "Service") is provided by Truth Allegiance Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Truth Allegiance Ltd.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. What MIRROR:RY is (and is not)

MIRROR:RY is a reflective companion. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support, and does not replace professional care. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your area.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to harm yourself or others; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or interfere with the Service's security; (c) upload malware, spam, or infringing content; (d) impersonate any person; (e) circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or safeguards; or (f) resell, redistribute, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

6. Ownership of your words

Anything you write or speak inside MIRROR:RY belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your reflections. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand, prompts, and documentation, is owned by Truth Allegiance Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Payments, billing, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

9. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Notice.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

15. Contact
